Construction Management

The PMB team has the capabilities to manage all facets of construction management from project management on new facilitiy development to simple tenant improvements. Our team will manage the projects from beginning to end. We will review manage the permit process and construction plans, bid the projects to a minimum of three vendors for each trade, and engage the appropriate vendors in accordance with ownership guidelines. All projects are coordinated and tracked by our construction management team and the local property management personnel for consistency in product delivery.
