All Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis is handled by the Accounting and Finance Team at PMB RES. These functions are carried out at the corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA.
The accounting team performs a full close each month resulting in a reconciliation of all accounts followed by a multi-level review. The monthly close cycle is calendar-driven, efficient and consistent, resulting in timely reporting of financial results.
Monthly financial reports are delivered, without exception, according to deadlines as defined in the management agreements. For the investors who require additional analysis and forecasting, the monthly operating statements are further analyzed and summarized in an asset management package. Cash distributions to investors are calculated and paid on a monthly basis or as the management agreement dictates.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Team provides budgeting, forecasting and analysis for all properties under management. In addition to financial analysis and modeling, this team, in conjunction with the Leasing and Marketing Team, is responsible for lease pricing guidelines, market analysis and trends, and initial property tax assessment support.
