Amy works closely with the field teams to manage capital and tenant improvements across all portfolios. She assists with scope preparation, bidding, bid/budget analysis, packaging for asset management approval, contracting and oversight of capital projects.

Her work with field teams allows her to manage both construction and budgets to ensure projects  stay on track and finish in a timely manner and within budget.

Track and bill construction management fees as earned and assists with annual capital budgeting and prioritization.

Prior to working at PMB RES, Amy worked for a commercial contractor that specializes in high end office tenant improvements.  Her transition  from working for a contractor and bidding on projects to becoming the client and now bidding out to contractors gives her a complete understanding of the entire bidding and construction processes.

She graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, going to the beach, cooking and traveling.
