Whether it is transitioning a building new to PMB RES management or ensuring the efficient operation of an existing building, John’s efforts are designed to support the RES field teams and provide maximum operational efficiency for all RES managed buildings.

John started at PMB RES in 2012 as a Property Manager for what has evolved into the Pacific Southwest portfolio. In 2014 he took on the role of Director, Facilities Management with job duties inclusive of energy efficiency, building engineer support, new building transitions to management and operational liaison to ownership.
