Nate lead’s a talented finance team at PMB RES. He is responsible for all financial operations, reporting, planning and analysis functions. Partnering with every business unit he helps create efficiencies and improve performance metrics. Since joining in 2016, Nate has driven the tenant survey program, enhancing tenant satisfaction through a targeted approach. PMB RES has now been recognized multiple years in a row as #1 in the Kingsley Elite 5 for Medical Office properties in the United States.

His focus on financial management and operational excellence positions him as a strategic partner in driving the company’s continued growth and success.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
