Amy works closely with the field teams to manage capital and tenant improvements across all portfolios. She assists with scope preparation, bidding, bid/budget analysis, packaging for asset management approval, contracting and oversight of capital projects.

Her close collaboration with field teams enables her to effectively manage construction activities and budgets, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. She also oversees the tracking and billing of construction management fees and supports annual capital budgeting and project prioritization.

Prior to working at PMB RES, Amy worked for a commercial contractor that specializes in high end office tenant improvements.  Her transition  from working for a contractor and bidding on projects to becoming the client and now bidding out to contractors gives her a complete understanding of the entire bidding and construction processes.

She graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business.
