James started at PMB Real Estate Services in 2007 as a TRS then became Lease Assistant, Lease Accountant, Sr. Lease Accountant, Lease Accounting Manager, Director and now manages the Lease Accounting functions for the company.

James works closely with the Leasing Dept, Property Portfolio Regions, ensuring lease accuracy into yardi, accurate billing, terminations, refunds, tenant improvements, etc. and works with Development in setting up properties and leases on new development deals.

James has 24 years of Lease experience where he began working with leases at Bank of America. Prior to that James has worked in healthcare finance and hospital administration in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and California.
