Jennifer is an experienced property management and real estate professional with a strong background in overseeing commercial properties in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills area. With over 36 years in the industry, she has developed a deep understanding of tenant relations, asset optimization, and operational efficiency.

Her career began in property management, where she managed everything from leasing, sales, and maintenance coordination to long-term portfolio planning. As her interest in the financial side of real estate grew, she transitioned into property accounting, where she specialized in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis for real estate portfolios.

She joined PMB Real Estate Services in 2018 as Assistant Property Manager for the Los Angeles Portfolio and became Property Manager in 2023. Her combined experience in operations and accounting played a significant role in the Los Angeles Portfolio’s success as she brought a well-rounded, strategic approach to property management and financial performance.

Jennifer received her degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
