As a licensed Principal Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Managing Broker in Washington state, Jessica holds prestigious designations including CPM® (Certified Property Manager), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and LEED Green Associate. Her expertise spans strategic planning, asset performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on medical office buildings.

Before joining PMB Real Estate Services, Jessica held senior leadership positions with firms such as CBRE, Kidder Mathews, and Interurban Real Estate Group. She has demonstrated a proven ability to drive value for clients while fostering collaborative team environments.
