Lael joined PMB Real Estate Services in 2016 as a Leasing Coordinator and was quickly promoted to Leasing Manager in 2018. As Leasing Manager she juggles responsibilities including lease negotiations, promoting and overseeing RES property marketing efforts providing support on high level proposal analysis as well as collecting local and market data portfolio wide.

Lael is an integral part of the leasing process and prides herself on her organization and productivity management skills. Lael’s passion for real estate and commitment to RES is shown through in the exceptional service she provides her clients, shareholders and team members.

Lael graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate and marketing. She has held a California Salesperson license since 2010.
