Morgan is the Property Manager for the San Diego region of the Pacific Southwest Portfolio at PMB Real Estate Services.

Prior to joining PMB, Morgan managed historic office buildings in downtown Chicago, overseeing properties ranging from 550,000 to 2.5 million square feet. She began her career as a Tenant Services Administrator and quickly advanced through various roles in the industry, gaining expertise in property management. She thrives in the dynamic, multifaceted nature of the field, relishing the opportunity to apply a wide array of skills to meet the challenges of each day. Morgan is known for her attention to detail and operational efficiency, which she has coined as “Morganization.”

She is passionate about fostering strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and colleagues, and she approaches each interaction with empathy and a focus on understanding the unique needs of others.

Morgan holds a degree in Environmental Science with an option in Applied Ecology from California State University, Chico.
