Melissa Rodriguez serves as Property Manager for the Pacific Southwest region at PMB Real Estate Services. Since beginning her career in commercial real estate in 2020 as a tenant representative, Melissa has demonstrated consistent growth within the organization, earning her current leadership role through dedication, initiative, and a strong commitment to both tenant satisfaction and asset performance.

Melissa is best known for her responsiveness, diligence, and hands-on approach to property management. She holds an active real estate license and the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from IREM. Passionate about leasing and fostering strong tenant relationships, she takes pride in creating well-managed environments where tenants feel supported and valued.
