Rob brings a diverse leadership background spanning multiple industries, with extensive experience in the lending and banking sectors as well as residential property management.

He previously served as a National Sales Director, leading sales and support teams and driving performance across complex, fast‑moving business environments. He later moved into property management, where he oversaw residential assets and strengthened his operational leadership.

Throughout his career, Rob has remained committed not only to delivering exceptional service and creating an elevated client experience, but also to fostering strong teamwork and collaboration within every organization he serves. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.
