Eric leads the Orange County region for PMB Real Estate Services, overseeing properties in Riverside, South Los Angeles, and Orange Counties. As a collaborative and results-driven leader, he manages all aspects of property operations, tenant improvements, capital investments, and financial oversight for the portfolio. Known for his problem-solving mindset, Eric empowers his team to develop efficient, customer-focused solutions for every project.

Before joining PMB in 2023, Eric held leadership roles at several prominent institutional investors and REITs, including Parallel Capital Partners, Arden Realty, and GE Capital Real Estate. His extensive experience includes managing and constructing tenant improvements for a diverse range of commercial property types, such as Class A Office, Suburban Office, Medical, R&D, Life Science, Industrial, Restaurant, and Retail assets.

Eric earned a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and holds both the RPA and FMA designations.
