Jessica serves as a Property Manager for the Pacific Northwest portfolio at PMB Real Estate Services, where she focuses on the unique operational needs of medical office properties. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to coordinate effectively across tenants and vendors to support efficient operations and successful project execution.

Prior to joining PMB Real Estate Services, Jessica spent five years with Cushman & Wakefield supporting Class A office and mixed-use portfolios totaling more than 1 million square feet. In her role as Assistant Property Manager, she developed a strong foundation in building operations, tenant relations, and project coordination, with experience in vendor management, budgeting, and oversight of tenant improvement and capital projects.
