John is responsible for all tenant improvements, capital projects, budgeting and financial reporting for PMB RES’s Los Angeles portfolio.  His top priorities are offering excellent service for the tenants and supporting the landlord reporting needs.

Prior to joining PMB RES in 2017, John had been with one of the largest private landlords in Los Angeles, managing 7 commercial buildings totaling over 1.2 million square feet.   He consistently produced the top occupancy and NOI for the properties he managed.

John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business, at University of Southern California.  He holds a California Real Estate Sales License.
