Danny brings 30 years of building trades experience including tenant improvement, mechanical service and building automation design and installation.  He ompleted a five-year apprenticeship at the JJATC in Los Angeles. Danny has been involved in the opening and commissioning of most of the current Los Angeles and Orange County PMBRES portfolios beginning in 2005.

He is most proud of building and developing the Los Angeles PMBRES Engineering team. He uses his strong background in customer service knowing that the success of our tenants leads to our own success.

He is relied upon to create and manage much of the annual operating and capital budgets for his projects. He manages vendor contracting for maintenance and capital projects, and ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations including JHACO and CMS.
